GUI interface is stuck

Dears,

One of our firewall-VM is stuck on the GUI with the snap attached with this case:

"License has already been uploaded, please wait while we authenticate your VM license with the registration servers" Followed this KB:https://kb.fortinet.com/k....do?externalID=FD47628
