GUI IPV4 Policy & Objects > IPv4 Policy not showing in WEB GUI

Hi all,

I've got a problem on a cluster Fortinet 500E  v5.6.5 build1600 (GA)

Web page Policy & Objects> IPV4 Policy wont show.

I've got less than 400 Policy…

I can access in CLI. Not in GUI.

I've kill HTTPS process. Nothing better after.

Reload both FW.

Test with differents Browsers. Opera, Chrome, Firefox.

Any help…

Best Regards,

Fabrice

Likely a new GUI bug. There were similar issues before with 5.4 like interface view keeps "circling". When it happens only thing we can do is to wait for a bug fix version. Please open a case with TAC. Probably somebody already reported the same problem though.

Hi Fabrice,

I have the same problem here with the Fortigate 500E (image version 5.6.6). I have tried to update the image to 5.6.7 und rebooted the Fortigate, but noting better. Could you please tell me, how did you fixed your problem?

many thanks!

Hi,

We had the same problem but in our case it was tied to a flag under a certain ADMIN PROFILE Edit Administration Profile "Name" Secure profile configuration flag on Web Filter in Read-Write that was the only one in "None" under that menu.

Best Regards.

I have the same issue 5.6

Try the following debug commands

diag debug enable diag debug app httpd -1

If the output is as follows

Can't open certificate file /tmp/admin_server.crt, nor /ssl/certs//tmp/admin_server.crt

Enter the below commands to assign the certificate

config sys global

set admin-server-cert self-sign

end
