Hi all,
I have a policy that only permits access from "Unites States", will this permit access from Puerto Rico, Guam, Samoa, and US Virgin Islands? or do I have to explicitly add those regions to the policy?
Also, how do I go about updating the GEO IP database?

You happened to have found a wrong one while many others that have the answers are in this forum. Even in internet search I could find below KB almost at the top of the list.

For those islands, I would assume they're covered by "United States Minor Outlying Islands".
