Hello everyone,
I'm new in this world, so I have a question.
I'm trying to connect Fortigate 101F to the Cisco switch via SFP ports. If I connect through the Wan1 port and put it in DHCP mode, it takes the IP address, and it's good. But when I do the same with the SFP port, it won't work. It tries to connect but no luck.

Is L1/L2 up on the SFP port? Check "diag hard deviceinfo nic <port_name>". I was not sure what you meant by "It tries to connect...".
At the very least you need a link LED lit. If not, reverse the fibers on one side.
FYI, there is no special handling of SFP ports on a FGT, except for the large ones (QSFP, split 40 Gbps into 4x10 etc.).
First check if the link shows up on both sides? Is FEC enabled?
If the problem is only with the DHCP, start a packet capture before connecting the interfaces and see what data is exchanged between them:
#diag snifffer packet sfp_interface "port 67 or port 68 or port 53" 6 0
