Fresh FortiSIEM installation GUI access failure

Hello I am installing fortiSIEM 7.3.1

When I try to access the gui, it fails with error below

"Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request

Reason: Error reading from remote server"
