Free guest wifi access for a period then voucher after

Good day, We have a request by a client to have a wifi access with the following requirements 1. Firstly the guest will connect to the internet for a period of time or specified amount of data usage 2. once the time has expired or the data is finished then the user will be required to get the voucher from the reception and get access based on time purchased. Please can someone advise how we can achieve this

You need an external tool to do it... I don't know if FortiAuthenticator already does this. But Aruba Clearpass does it for sure..

You can integrate Fortigate + "external tool" easily using RADIUS + CoA (FortiOS 5.4.1)
