Hi, With the version 5.0.9 disabling web security helped, now if ether the antivirus or the web security is turned on, we get an error " error in transfer" event if all the antivirus options are of or with site categories disabled on web security

Arnoldas: I think there' s a little confusion on what behavior you' re seeing. Questions: 1. What version are you currently on? Did you upgrade from 5.0.9 or are you on that version now? 2. Do you see the behavior if (A) only AV is enabled (B) only webfilter is enabled or (c) always see the behavior? Hopefully this will help get your issue started towards resolution.

with version 5.0.9 we cant send files if web filter is enabled (av those not matter) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DxIjqN9P2sA with version 5.2 we cant send files if AV or web filter is enabled, they both have to be disabled for the user to be able to send files
