I have integrated my fortinet with a syslog server... in case the syslog server goes down for say a day or two then will fortinet forward the historical logs to syslog server when it comes back online ?
i can see that fortinet is retaining logs for the past 7 days in its disk i suppose but will be able to forward the retained logs to syslog server in case of a gap ?
As per my knowledge this is only possible when FortiGate is integrated with FortiAnalyzer.

We can use both FortiAnalyzer and FortiCloud.

Redundant syslog server may be a good solution.
