Forward traffic, web filter, local traffic, sniffer traffic are not displayed
I have 03 fortigates that are EC2 in AWS. 2 of them are in one account and 1 is in another. This firewall that is in another account I can view the logs perfectly. I checked in log Settings and the disk has use related to the log.
The other 2 firewalls I can’t view logs except for Fortview. Currently I have an incident in my environment and I need to check if an traffic is coming to these two firewalls of mine and if so, I need to see if it is being accepted or denied in order to be able to show that the firewall is not denying anything.

Please check if the logs are displayed from CLI
https://kb.fortinet.com/kb/documentLink.do?externalID=FD40417
Also, you can generate test logs using the command #diagnose log test to verify if the logs are really generated and saved into Disk/Memory.
