Hello
It means through this specific TCP session, Zoom has received 260 MB within 392.072 packets, and has sent 84 MB within 158.634 packets.
Edit: The shaper is 3 Mb/s, while your session may have lived several minutes.
Traffic shaping is used to limit or modify the available bandwidth for an application, source, destination, or service. For example, if you put 3Mbps of maximum bandwidth restriction that means the transfer rate cannot exceed 3Mbs for a session. It doesn't put a bar on how much data can be uploaded or downloaded during a session.
