Fortiweb Form Validation Error

Hi,

I am running the latest Fortiweb, and have some Form Input Validation rules, when it fails you can tell it too alert and deny.. but it doesnt say what page to edit , in replacement messges there are error codes you can customise but "alert and deny" relates to which code?  in the existing solution, it displays a 500 error, now its just a 404, how can I make it a 500? i have gone through the documetation on this, its not very clear at all.

it was in Monitor mode! DOH!
