About a week ago our Fortivoice 100 stopped sending emails for Voicemail notifications via Office365. We didnt change anything on our end as far as Im aware. Settings for Outgoing were set for port 25 and PLAIN. Microsoft support asked if we can try Direct Send but i dont really see too many settings, and I have tried a bunch of different configurations trying to fix it. When I try to Test Account Settings... it keeps getting stuck at Starting TLS Session.
