Fortiview in fortimanager doesn't show the top web sites?

Hi guys,

I have this small issue with viewing top web sites from fortimanager 5.4.3 for my HQ fortigate 300D with fortiOS 5.6.0.

I have other fortigates in remotes sites, and everything works fine. But when it comes to my HQ fortigate It displays "No entry found".

I tried to compare the config with the remotes sites, everything seems all right. I found nothing with my fortimanager or fortigate. Please HELP, my boss want to view the visited web sites with the amount time that users spend browsing those sites.

Thank you for your answers ^^

thank you for your answer a.a.acampa.

after a more extended research I found a thread, here is the link : https://forum.fortinet.com/tm.aspx?m=114812

All you need to do is to go to cli and :

config webfilter profile

edit "my_profile"

set log-all-url enable

end.

Asap I applied this command it started working.

Wish you good luck.

Hi Malik,

Verify in the WebFilter policies if allowed categories are in "allow" or "monitor" and verify that on HQ fortigate the rule the log is in "allow" and not in "utm"
