Fortitoken re-Activation

Hi, I bought fortitoken 200. Everything went fine until my Fortinet 60C crashed. I had to change it (I have now a 80C). I wanted to reactivate my Fortitoken but it didn' t work I thing it is because they are associated with my old Fortinet and I don' t know how to make them works... How can I do ? Another question about fortitoken : On my Fortient I can see the option Revoke token. If I revoke a Token can it be used on another equipment? Thanks !

Hi, If you need to move the token to a different hardware you need to contact support so they can de-activate it. Revoke means that you de-activate the token for that particular user.
