Fortitoken activation error

On my FG100F (v6.2.2 build6083 (GA)) i tried to activate 20 Forti-Mobile-Token i just bougth.

When i try it with the GUI i get an "internal Server Error".

A try over the CLI returns "import fortitoken license error: -7500"

I can ping the server i undestand i need from fortinet:

exec ping fds1.fortinet.com 
exec ping directregistration.fortinet.com

Has anyone any idea what to do?
