How do you move the FortiToken Mobile app to a new phone? Do you need to delete the old FortiToken assigned to that user. Then create a new token using the same serial number and assign it to the user and then send the activation code to the new phone?

mentioned steps are one possibility, or just use Send Activation Code button in user details from GUI to re-send the same activation code (to new phone number/or same number on new phone) and activate from the new phone .. done.
