Fortitoken Mobile backup and windows version

Hey guys,

Android user here.

Due to work i was given instruction to download and use the android mobile token app to access the VPN. But at the same time i am one of the tester for android rom (flashing rom and formatting phone frequently).

So is there any windows 10 equivalent that i could install it on my work laptop without touching my phone or is possible to use rooted solution like titanium backup to transfer between rom?
