I was searching for Fortiswitch OVF file, I found only *.out files, Any idea where i can download the format that can be installed on vmware,

indeed. There's no Virtual Appliances for FortiSwitch

you won't find any, they do exist but for internal Fortinet employees usage, not even for the Partners.
