Hi I'm looking how to obtain the current/updates to the AP model numbers in for Fortiplanner lite v2.6.5 build 0403?

I'd believe that Fortiplanner is a discontinued product as there's no updates/releases since 2021 at least.
Try asking your Fortinet partner or local Fortinet SE to confirm it or not.

Correct. I was informed by Fortinet staff that FortiPlanner is discontinued, and you need to use third party product for planning WiFi deployments.
