Fortinet port forwarding software for windows server OS

Does Fortinet has software that can be installed on windows server 2019 and does port forwarding between cluster servers?

additional info to clarify more our needs:

1. currently we have Fortinet firewall(hardware) with FortiGate web server and we explore for software only solution for port forwarding

2. we aiming to use private IPs on each cluster servers and all traffic in and outside to cluster will be via windows management server IP with port forwarding SW installed on it

I'm not aware of such Fortinet software, but in case it can help know that your FortiGate can do port forwarding and virtual server load balancing as well.

do you or anyone know by chance if following solution to deploy Fortigate-VM on docker installed on 1 of our cluster servers can help for our use case for port forwarding between cluster servers on private IP addresses and configure 1 public IP for cluster on server it installed?
