Fortinet connection stuck at 0%

Hi, 

When I tried to connect Fortinet VPN, it will be stuck at status: Connecting 0% with no error message after that. May I check if anyone know how to deal with this issue?

Kindly confirm if FortiGate receives the attempt?

# diagnose sniffer packet any "host x.x.x.x" 4

- where x.x.x.x is the remote user public ip.

What is the FortiClient version? Does it working with a different version?

Can you please try by doing telnet from client system to the wan ip and sslvpn port.
