Fortinet client does not install

Hi,

I am trying to setup Fortinet VPN client for accessing the remote from my local. I am trying to install FortiClientOnlineInstaller.exe for that. I tried latest version from following link :

https://www.fortinet.com/support-and-training/support/product-downloads.html

as well asfrom following link : https://www.forticlient.com/downloads

When I install, the message says "contacting servers(0%)" and then I get message in the alert popup saying "Unable to access image servers" while trying to connect servers.

Please help me to install VPN client in my machine.

Thanks,

Mayank Batra

FortiClient app is constantly crashing on the startup on my Google Pixel 2 XL running Android 8.1. It used to work fine earlier when my phone was on Android 7.0. Any solution to get the app working again? Update: I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and the app has been running smooth once again.

"Try clearing your temporary files with DevOps certification  and then attempt the installation again."

You should try the offline installer. Here is where it is in the support portal:offlineFCT.PNG
