Fortinet and Cisco SPF+ compatibility.
Hello,
We are planning to buy Fortinet FG-600E firewalls and would like to know if there are any compatibility issues between FG-600E 10GE SPF+ and C6800-16P10G-XL.

The cisco "C6800-16P10G-XL" sounds like a line card for the 6800 and 16P at that. What do you mean by compatibility? A 10Gig LRM or LR, for example, is compatible to any other LRM or LR.
Also, most cisco optics ( SFP/SFP+ ) will work in a fortigate from my experience and testing.
