Fortinet VM licensing issue.

Hi,

have Fortinet 7.4 installed on the VM.

After logging in, it prompts me to activate the license, but the issue is that the page is incomplete. The login to Forti care to activate the VM trial part is missing.

Hello,

The other way is to download the license file (.lic) directly from support.fortinet.com and upload it to the FortiGate VM.

Login to support.fortinet.com > Under Products select product list > Click on register device > Download the license file from the License & Key section.

i cant download the license since the VM serial number is not recognized on the forti cloud.

any other way to download.
