Fortinet Stencils for MS Visio

I am looking for FortiGate-400 shape for MS Visio 2002 to be included into my network diagrams. I know that NetZoom Stencils have different Fortinet shapes but you need to buy a whole package, which would cost you $399 USD. I opened a ticket... The responce wasn' t within minutes but the same day they did send me two stencils (one with 2D shapes and another with 3D ones). Thank you staylor! Victor

No problem, glad they got that to you. The fortinet engineer(s) that I have spoken to and the people taking the calls / tickets have been very professional and quick to respond.

Why Fortinet did not to put it on public access web page? Is it so secret?

On http://support.fortinet.com you sign in to the account you created that has the fortigate' s serial registered and you can open a ticket through the web when you sign in. The other option is to call their support number and open a ticket that way. I agree it would be nice to see the stencils on the support ftp.
