Fortinet Single Sign on Agent Service account lockout problem.

Hi ,

 

I have a problem with Fortinet sso agent.Fortinet sso agent service account always lock out.When i examine this account with lockout examiner , it seems lock reason is :  fsso agent service.

 

- I changed service account.It's not help me. ( New account was domain admin)

- I re-install programme.It still locks account.

Can anyone help me with this case ?

Hello, 

 

I have the same issue right now. I though that it was due to a RODC that did not have password replication for my service account but that was not it. Did you solve this issue ?
