Note: when listing Intel CPUs, the number of CPUs actually means number of Threads, not Cores.

FG-100D mentioned in the table is actually a Rev 2. FG-100D Rev 1 have 2048MB RAM FG-100D Rev 3 have 32GB CF

I believe 240D specs I posted is original 240D, not a Rev 2. Not sure where you got specs listed above (1 IX@2.0 GHz| 2048 MB). also 200D comes with 16GB CF according to datasheet.
