Fortinet Analyzer filter issue

I have been attempting to view traffic through the analyser but the filter does not work well on user, without the filter you can see traffic for a particular user however as soon as you filter on that particular user analyser shows no entries.

 

Anyone seen this?

How are you applying the filter?

The default filter options include "Case Sensitive Search". Could this be your problem? 

 

On the right hand side you should see a tools menu:
