Fortinet 110C Stopped Working.

Lan all  WAN1 Leds not blinks

Status LED Blinking Perpetual

When connecting with hyper terminal using console, it is giving only the serial number and does not go further.

I am not able to connect through direct IP login also as it is not connecting to IP also.

What has happened?

The real question is: what to do to fix it?

At first glance it looks like a hardware failure. In any case I'd open a case with Fortinet Support. They can guide you how to format the flash disk, restore the firmware and the configuration. If that fails, a hardware exchange is due.
