Fortinac guest portal

Hello,

We want to inplement fortinac to have a guest portal for self-registration guest with sponsor, linked to a FortiAP SSID.

We are stuck where the fortinac needs to change the user from the isolation vlan to the guest vlan but it doesn’t work.

Any ideas on what to check https://vidmate.onl/ ?

I never used FNAC for guest WiFi users, because of two reasons: Not to consume extra FNAC license slots, and also "in my understanding" RADIUS WiFi is intended to be used for corporate hosts/users.

But if this can help, you may check in RADIUS logs via Network > RADIUS, then enable logs and check if it assigns the right VLAN when user authenticates. And also check in Inventory > FGT > SSIDs > Port Group Membership, check if you enabled Roll Based Access.

On the other hand try to read carefully the FNAC FortiAP Integration Guide available on docs.fortinet.com.
