Fortimanager cannot authorize device "Failed to update device information."

I try to add fortigate on Fortimanager, device can discover but cannot update device information as the picture below:

"Failed to update device information."

Can you help me?

My configure on FTG and FTM:

FTM:

(global)#show

config system global

      set adom-status enable

      set enc-algorithm low

      set fgfm-ssl-protocol tlsv1.0

      set timezone 07

      set usg enable

FTG:

(central-management) # show config system central-management set type fortimanager set fmg "10.10.10.100" set fmg-source-ip 10.10.10.254 set enc-algorithm low end

When I try to sniffer on FTG

I resolved it, the reason is the version of Fortimanager lower than FortiGate.
