All my fortigates run SDWAN, and I am having some issue with fortimangaer and SSH disconnecting and after a few mins. After many days of troubleshooting, support told me to put this command on my wan interface "set preserve-session-route enable" which fixes the issue. I can't find much info about this command, and was wondering if it would have any negative affects if applied to all my wan interfaces?

Actually it is in the documentation. It basically allows sessions started to the given interface continue working with this interface even if the routing changes and firewall switches to the other interface. Or in other words it disables failover when routing/SDWAN change occurs.
