Hi,
First of all, we are using Fortimanager in Advanced ADOM mode. We recently went through a lengthy process to upgrade both Fortimanager and all registered Fortigates from v5.4 to v5.6. The final step once all of the Fortigates had been upgraded was to upgrade the last ADOM (in this case named Standard) and then the Global ADOM to v5.6.
With this completed, I then tried to Assign Objects from the Global ADOM into the Standard ADOM and it fails with multiple, similar errors. One example of the error is;
2019-04-29 18:15:57:Device level already has object webfilter_prof_ftgd_wf_filters:84
2019-04-29 18:15:57:Compiling webfilter profile (seq 1, id gsniffer-profile) fail: invalid value
Although we use several Webfilters, even those that are not used in the Standard ADOM, like the one above, cause the same error.
Has anyone experienced this problem? If so, is there a workaround?
Thanks for your time.

Hi,
Did you ever get this resolved? I am in the same boat as you right now, only difference is we're planning to upgrade from 5.6 to 6.0. Thanks
Hi,
Yes. There was a bug affecting Webfilters in the v5.6.7 FMG release we were upgrading to. We then upgraded FMG to the latest at that time (v5.6.8) and the bug was fixed.
