Because FortiMail 7.6 is not explicitly listed as compatible with FortiOS 7.4 in the release notes, there is no official approval for Security Fabric integration. In practice, it may work, but for a fully supported setup by Fortinet, you should either:

- Upgrade FortiMail to a version officially compatible with FortiOS 7.4, or
- Upgrade FortiGate (FortiOS) to a version listed in the FortiMail 7.6 release notes
