Hello,
our customer recently received an emial from multipe siimilar e-mail senders, such as:
reply@directormmail.xyz , mails@directtorofffice.xyz and replies@directorrmails.online
We want now to create a new Block Email policy, which will block simmilar senders.
Is there a option that we create a block e-mail adress policy in format like *@direct???mails.online or *@direct???mails.xyz or *@direct??orof??ice.xyz ?

Hi @Muri ,
FortiMail supports the use of wildcards to block patterns of addresses. You can use the asterisk (*) and question mark (?) as wildcards.
You can use the asterisk (*) and question mark (?) as wildcards.
* matches zero or more characters.
? matches exactly one character.
For your specific requirement, you can create block email addresses like:
*@direct???mails.xyz
*@direct???mails.online
*@direct??orof??ice.xyz
