Hope someone can help. We have a Fortimail hosted solution, version 6.0.9 It is working fine. However today a client received a message about mail in quarantine. However instead of clicking the envelope with a green check mark, the user accidentally clicked the rubbish bin, thus deleting the mail. Therefore I am looking for a way to recover the deleted mail. Any assistance would be appreciated.
I would like to know this also as it is not mentioned in any of the admin guides.
That's exactly why backup is good, otherwise try ask the sender to resend his mail.
