Fortimail SSO ADFS - Problem

Hello,

following Problem, we wanna activate SSO for the Fortimail. So far so good, after enabling the Service it is not possible to download the xml-file for the ADFS-Configuration.

We get the constant failure:

Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.

Any suggestions?
