Fortimail Restore

Fortimail backup setting is (4) full backup and (12) incremental , the state of backup now is ( Next Backup to this Catalog (full - incremental): 3 - 11 ) (Last Backup to this Catalog (full - incremental): 3 - 10) when i make restore from recent incremental backup i didn't get ant thing because in my outlook i delete mails every 90 days so i want to use old backup using command line to restore but i want to restore deleted mail and new email still as it is with any overright

Note : Backup is taken at the end of every week

Note:when i use command line tp restore i get this message ( this operation can destroy data on the mail device do you want to continue ? (Y/N) and i afraid to continue
