Fortimail Cloud active mailbox accounts

I recently set up a new Fortimail Cloud for the first time and I'm experiencing an issue where my mailboxes are more than I purchased...WAY MORE! It is connected to Office365. Is there a way to verify mailbox accounts and or remove invalid ones?

MailboxActive: 923 , Limit: 560
