Fortigurad autoupdate versions [Result: Unauthorized]

Dears,

My Fortigate doesn't get update from our fortimanager. When I have issued [ diagnose autoupdate versions ] command I get Result: Unauthorized.  What does it means and what the couse of it.

Is the FortiGate managed by FortiManager and the management connection is UP?

If it's not a managed device you can enable unauthorized device access:

Dear dfleming,

Yes, it's managed by fortimanager and there is a connectivity. 

Also fortimager is configured  to accept unauthorized devices requests.

is this issue related to contract subscription?
