Hello,
a question about the Fortiguard filter
How can I enforce the following requirement with Fortiguard Service?
The private use of MS services such as outlook.com and onedrive.com should not be permitted.
For business use, the MS Service O365 must be available at all times and must not be blocked.
Business MS O365 YES
Private MS O365 NO

Rene

To enforce the requirement with Fortiguard Service, you can configure specific web filtering policies to block private MS services like outlook.com and onedrive.com, while allowing business use of O365. This can be done by creating custom URL filtering rules that differentiate between personal and business traffic, ensuring that only business-related O365 services are accessible. Additionally, consider integrating Fortiguard with user authentication and role-based access control to more precisely distinguish between personal and business usage, similar to how a push up rack business would target specific customer needs based on distinct criteria.
