Hi Donglv_
In the version 7.2.4 to enable the cloud logging the option has been removed from the log settings. It is now added in Fabric connector under the security Fabric.
Go to Security Fabric > Fabric Connectors and double-click the Logging & Analytics card.
Reference doc
It is added as a new feature in the 7.2.4
So from there you can enable the cloud logging and then try.
Thanks
Abhishek

Thanks @asengar.
Hi @asengar,
After I've click active and register FortiGate Cloud account, set Domain = Global (same as portal). It's stuck in the login process and still not login to FortiGate Cloud.
On FortiGate Cloud Portal shows the device name with the "red" Management Connectivity and
Subscription column.
Do you have any solution information about this case? Thanks
Hi Donglv_,
As you are getting the error "forticloud internal error", while trying to connect forticloud, kindly check if the fortigate is able to reach "logctrl1.fortinet.com" from cli and able to telnet "173.243.132.171" at port "514"
