Fortigate90G WAN2

I want to WAN2-port to Dedicated as Ethernet Trunk.
Is this possible?

Even WAN2-port role is changed to LAN-role,there is no "Dedicated as Ethernet Trunk".

I have to choose port1~port6 using by "Dedicated as Ethernet Trunk" ?

Is wan2 port used by any policy or object? You can check in interface view in "Ref" column (it must be zero)

hi,

do you mean that you want add to create subinterfaces with vlan tag under wan2 ?

or what does dedicated as ethernet trunk mean? i have not seen this option in the GUI.

"jack of all trades, master of none"

Normally, i add to vlans under internal port, like port1 or port2...which is changed to

Dedicated as ethernet trunk.
That means port1 is going to be trunk port. and can flow tag to other L2switch.

and on this occasion, i want to add vlans under wan2-port as trunk port.

But i cannot find "dedicated as ethernet trunk" label in wan2-port

(even,wan2-port is already changed role LAN )
Perhaps,WAN2-port is no avalible "trunk port"??

That's what i want to ask to anybody.....

You are absolutely right!!
I should've changed WAN2 as trunk dedicated before adding VLANs to WAN2.
Thanks a lot!!
