Fortigate static route issue || lower distance is active ||
Dear all.
I need your support as today I have faced issue with routing. we have lower distance AD for two static route but higher distance is shwoing best route why. please have a look snapshot and provide your opinion what needs to be done.
I want to make best route for two networks which are connected to ISP.
192.168.99.0/28
192.168.100.0/28
as per lower distance above the both route should be consider as a best route. and 192.168.145.0/24 should not be considered as a best route because distance is 50.

Kindly go through this article and find the reason why those two routes are considered as inactive.
If you have found a solution, please like and accept it to make it easily accessible for others.

Hi Umesh
The default route on port10 shows "directly connected". Seems a bit strange for me.
Do you have a secondary IP configured on port10?
Can you share the a screenshot of your static routes (Network > Static Routes)?

Hello @Umesh ,
From the screen attached routes towards port1 and port2 are inactive. Do you have SD-WAN configured ? If yes you can check the SLA performance .Also you can check further information in the article :https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-How-to-create-a-static-route-on-FortiGate-...
