Fortigate integration with FortiEDR disconnect

Dears ,

I have installed the FortiEDR Core on-premise and made all the required configurations to integrate Fortigate with FortiEDR. The problem is that the connection is successful, but after a while, give the error as shown in the below PIC.

Hello @FortiHelp ,

Do you see anything related to that error in the event logs?

Hello @FortiHelp

As per FortiEDR admin guide,

  1. To block an address on the Firewall, in the Address Group field, specify the name of a previously defined address group on the firewall. For FortiManager and FortiGate integrations, you can optionally specify the name of the VDOM domain in the VDOM field. FortiEDR uses the default root VDOM if the VDOM field is empty.

    - OR -

  2. To trigger a custom action on the Firewall, click the Add Action button to display the following popup window:"

regards,

Sheikh

Dears,

I have done everything, and the connector is working fine between Fortigate and FortiEDR, but it is strange why the connector disconnected after a while
