My FortiGate 200D have some problems to send alert emails.
Have many failures in system events.
I already check the email service configuration and seems ok. The password is also ok.
The printer@fjbe.com.pt have SMTP enabled and 2FA deactivated.

From WAN2 I can't ping but from ONI interface yes.
That must be why it's not working because it is trying to use WAN2. Can you ping other destinations going out WAN2? You may want to try to write and SDWAN rule for the smtp address and set it to manually only use ONI interface if there is an issue with the WAN2 connection not allowing access to that address.
I would bring this up with the carrier if you can ping other servers out WAN2 and not the smtp address.
