After we upgrade from version 7.4.1 to version 7.4.3 we are facing a lot of problems with memory leak.
The memory starts the business hours with 65% and increase during the day, in the other day start with 71%, the other day starts with 75%.... Always increasing until the moment we have to kill the process to not enter in conserve mode.
We made the upgrade to version 7.4.4 last week, but the problem still persists.
We have a HA cluster active-active, model 1101E.

Did you open a TAC case?

We already opened a case with TAC, its been 2 months that this case its opened. We did a lot of things together with TAC, but didn't solved this issue of memory leak.
Well I would escalate the case with your Fortinet account team or your Fortinet partner.
same here, we also upgraded from 40F to 60F, but still the same (a little better now as 60F has slightly more RAM). memory usage is growing constantly until we reboot the device, if we do not reboot intime it enters conserve mode and after some time the device gets completly unresponsive and we have to disconnect the device from power.
just noticed that the wad process seems to be the culprit, it uses 14.8% of the memory, after restarting the service (kill 11) it dropped to 1.5%
