smtp port should be 465
sudo apt-get-rekt
Hello,
in the copier or on the firewall?
Thanks
you have to change it on the copier and then and on the Firewall,
but for testing purposes set the firewall policy according to the copier smtp traffic to 'all' and disable any utm feature.
if testing was successful proceed with restricting your firewallpolicy to the most necessary.
sudo apt-get-rekt
thanks I will try
I have the same problem, how did you solve it?
Thanks, Lastperser
Hi,
Check the forward traffic logs and it will if the FortiGate is denying or allowing the traffic and also security event logs can be verified to see if any UTM profile is blocking it
Hi Sjoshi,
Unfortunately, no logs are being generated. I even set the copier to "any, any, and allow," but it still doesn’t work. According to the technician, the copier needs to access the website. Unfortunately, I’m unable to make it work.
Thanks
