Fortigate blocking scan to Email from Kyocera DocuPrint CM305 df printer

Our firewall is like blocking the connection for our printer when doing a scan to email. What policy can i add on our Fortigate 300d for this issue to be resolved...Below is the config our our printer scanner...please see attached image

doublecheck you smtp and auth. Settings.

smtp port should be 465

you have to change it on the copier and then and on the Firewall,

but for testing purposes set the firewall policy according to the copier smtp traffic to 'all' and disable any utm feature.

if testing was successful proceed with restricting your firewallpolicy to the most necessary.
