Fortigate Web Filtering Issue - Multiple AD groups

Hi All,

When creating multiple policies with filters based on AD groups, How do you go about it? I have some which appear to be working and others which clearly are not.

I have included the policies below, However am keen to know if I have got them set up correctly?
